The [None] paragraph style
The default style [None] recognizes the properties of the most current paragraph style you created. However, you can create a new paragraph style without deleting the previous one by changing and saving new properties as a different paragraph style.
The Headline, Bullet, and Basic paragraph styles
The Headline, Bullet, and Basic paragraph styles are predefined styles that you can apply to your documents. These are the text properties for each style:
1. Put a document in Edit mode.
2. Click anywhere in the paragraph with the text properties you want to save (or you can create a paragraph with the properties you want to save, such as fonts, spacing, text color, etc.).
3. Click Text > Text Properties.
4. Click the Paragraph Styles tab.
5. Click Create Style.
6. Enter a name for the paragraph style in the Style name field.
7. Select any of these optional settings:
To apply a paragraph style to a paragraph
1. Put the document in Edit mode.
2. Select the paragraph(s) you want to format.
3. Do any of the following:

To assign a paragraph style to the cycle key
Assign named paragraph styles to the F11 key. Then press F11 to cycle through named styles when you format paragraphs.
1. Click Text > Text Properties.
2. Click the Paragraph Styles tab.
3. Click Assign to Keyboard.
4. Select the paragraph styles you want to assign to the cycle list.
To change an existing paragraph style
3. Click Text > Text Properties..
5. Click Redefine Style.
6. Select the paragraph style that you want to apply the new text properties to in the Redefine dialog box.
To delete a paragraph style
2. Click Text > Text Properties.
3. Click the Paragraph Styles tab.
4. Click Delete Style.
5. Select the paragraph style to delete.
